Returns

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ukulimamarke.com and send your item to the nearest wakulima stores.

Exchange

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sale Item

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
